Hi, I’m Nicky J. Davies.

In 2004, seeking more adventure in my life, I left my well-paid corporate job to follow my dreams of becoming my own boss.

My business started off strong, and I was learning more and more about what I was truly capable of in business, as I pushed myself to the edge of what I thought was possible for me.

Since those early days, I’ve faced difficult times and even failures. But what I see when I look back is that, in moments of what looks like sure defeat, an opportunity presents itself that allows for quantum leaps in growth. And it has been those times and opportunities that have enabled me to double, and even quintuple, my previous best annual revenue time and time again.

The beautiful thing is, those opportunities have not only brought quantum leaps in my business, but also my personal development. And they defy logic.

By seizing new opportunities over the years, I have built a multimillion-dollar international leadership development company, WAVA Global, serving corporations and organizations the likes of Vodafone, Ooredoo, Maersk Oil, Qatar Petroleum, G4S, and the National Health Service (UK-NHS).

Quantum Leaps

Quantum leaps in business growth are not only possible, but also probable, when you know how to create them. And, they are a much simpler route to business success than the traditional route of incremental improvements.

Incremental improvements have a way of sucking the life out of business owners and businesses. They cause business owners to use the one strategy they know, try harder.

The truth is, business growth doesn’t have to be that hard! But the simple, straightforward path to success is not always easy for our brains to comprehend, much less see.

If you want to experience quantum leaps in your business, your way of thinking has to change. You have to be open to thinking and doing things differently for you. You have to be prepared to let go of the safe and familiar.

Instead, you have to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. You have to be prepared to let go of the way you've always done business. Doing this will give you a distinct edge over other business owners who back away from the unknown, the unfamiliar, and the uncertain… the other business owners who give in to their own fear.
